2020 OYHA Blast Bash Tournament starts tonight!

Reminder!!!

The 2020 OYHA Blast Bash Tournament starts tonight. Below is the schedule for the first set of games. Game times after tonight all depend on the results of tonights games. 

We will have large tournament brackets posted on the glass at the Edge for everyone to refer to for their next game this week.

 Monday, February 24 

5:45pm – 6:45pm Mites: Blue vs Black| Minis: White vs Green| Mites: Red vs Gray (Game 1/2) 

7:00pm – 8:00pm 12U: Blue vs Black (Game 1) 

Wednesday, February 26 

6:00pm – 6:30pm JV Skills 

6:30pm – 7:30pm JV Game 

7:30pm – 8:30pm Pizza for JV

Brandon Mullins Leadership Award

Nominations being accepted through Jan. 28, 2020

The deadline for Brandon Mullins Leadership award is January 28, 2020. If you believe that you have observed exemplary leadership from a player, please submit a nomination to any OYHA Board Member.  Forms are also available at the proshop at the Edge Ice Rink. Nominations can be made anonymous to the player if requested.

The Owensboro Ice Foundation provides a Memorial Scholarship in Memory of SPC Mullins who played for the Owensboro Hockey League throughout his high school career. Private donations will provide $1000 annually to be awarded in three scholarships: one $500 and two $250 scholarships based on outstanding leadership and sportsmanship.
Award Recipients receive an award as listed above to help with fees for the upcoming season, a patch for their hockey jersey, and recognition on the Brandon Mullins Memorial Plaque.
Anyone can nominate a player for this prestigious award.

2019-2020 Fall League Registration Fees:

ADM (Ages 4-8)

1st Year: $60

Early Bird (thru 8/31): $150

Regular (thru 9/30): $200

12U (Ages 9-12)

1st Year: $99

Early Bird (thru 8/31): $275

Regular (thru 9/30): $300

16U (Ages 13-16)

1st Year: $99

Early Bird (thru 8/31): $150

Regular (thru 9/30): $175

We will be having loaner equipment fittings on 9/23 from 6-7pm and 9/26 from 7-8pm. **$150 check deposit required for loaner equipment. Check will be held until equipment is returned.
